Commanders The Commanders signed former 49ers DT Javon Kinlaw to a three-year deal this offseason. GM Adam Peters called Kinlaw a “tone-setter” for their defense.  “He’s explosive,” Peters said, via Zach Shelby of the team’s site. “He’s a tone-setter. He’s physical.
