In the Dallas Mavericks victory at the LA Clippers, rookie forward Cooper Flagg scored 35 points. By doing so, Flagg joined LeBron James as the only players in NBA history to score 30 or more points before turning 19 years old.
In addition, Flagg is the youngest player ever to score 35 points in a game. This on top of becoming the first 18-year-old to tally as many as 11 assists in a game, which the Mavs rookie achieved on Friday.
For the season, Flagg is averaging 16.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game. Flagg has played in 20 of the Mavericks 21 games.
