Cooper Flagg has grown nearly an inch over the past year while adding 12 pounds. Flagg was measured at the NBA Draft Combine at 6’7 ¾ barefoot, 221 lbs, with a 7’0″ wingspan and 8’10 ½” standing reach. Flagg’s physical profile is similar to Scottie Pippen at a similar age.
Flagg is the consensus top overall prospect in the 2025 draft after his freshman season at Duke where he averaged 19.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks. Flagg was the fourth freshman in history to win the Wooden Award.
The Dallas Mavericks are expected to select Flagg with the top overall pick in the draft after winning Monday’s lottery. Flagg would likely play small forward beside Anthony Davis at power forward and Dereck Lively at center.
