The door on the New York Knicks hiring Jason Kidd as head coach “is not completely closed,” according to Ian Begley of SNY.
The news comes after the Mavs denied the Knicks’ request to speak to Kidd last week.
Begley adds that the move remains possible as of Monday.
The Knicks are set to meet with Taylor Jenkins and Mike Brown this week.
