The Dallas Mavericks saw both sides of the Anthony Davis Experience on Saturday.
After a monster first 20 minutes where the All-Star big man went off for 24 points, 13 boards, five assists and three blocks, Davis went down with what appeared to be a non-contact injury and he had to head back to the locker room.

That led to Mavs fans going after GM Nico Harrison who knew full well what he was trading for when he let Luka Doncic go:
“Fire Nico immediately!” a user laughed. “He opted for 32 yr old Anthony Day to Day Davis over the best player in the NBA that just happened to be 25 yrs old.”
“Anthony Davis already hurt… Dallas Maverick fans on their way to Nico Harrison house as we speak,” another posted.
“Nico Harrison telling his grandkids about the one half that Anthony Davis was healthy for the Mavs,” BetMGM shared.
“Anthony Davis superstar first half stats and then an injury in the second half. The full Lakers experience in one game. This is exactly what you traded for Nico Harrison,” a fan pointed out.
“If Anthony Davis misses a lot of games due to being injured… tell Nico to ramp up the security again,” another person cried.
“I hate to ask Nico, but does he have the receipt to return Anthony Davis?” another fan asked.
“Anthony Davis is injured,” another user cried. “Mavs fans about to murder Nico Harrison.”
It’s an unfortunate debut for AD whose been plagued by injuries for the majority of his NBA career.
Let’s hope it isn’t anything too serious and that he’s able to pick back up where he left off whenever he’s able to return to the court.
