The Golden State Warriors are currently not actively pursuing a trade for Anthony Davis, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.
Sources told Stein that the Warriors did have discussions over a potential Davis move, echoing Chris Haynes’ report on Friday.
Mavs owner Patrick Dumont is also interested in seeing Davis play alongside Cooper Flagg and Kyrie Irving before making a decision.
Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy also downplayed the possibility of a big move for the team, calling a potential blockbuster trade “pretty unrealistic.“
