
Former TCU safety Denzel Johnson posted 185 total tackles and 26 tackles for loss as a Horned Frog.

30 – Denzel Johnson (Safety – 2013-16)
Johnson was named an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention in 2015 and an All-Big 12 Second Team winner in 2016. A four-year member of the Horned Frogs, Johnson posted 185 total tackles, 25.5 tackles for loss, 16 pass breakups and 4.5 sacks during his time in Fort Worth. Johnson, who added one interception and one forced fumble, played in 49 games and made 24 starts over the 2015 and 2016 seasons. After concluding his collegiate career, Johnson signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent, but was released in 2018.
