
Former TCU running back Sewo Olonilua ran for over 1,500 yards during his career with the Horned Frogs.
The TCU Horned Frogs are less than 40 days from kicking off the 2025 football season with a nonconference road matchup against the North Carolina Tar Heels and new head coach Bill Belichick. As we count down the days until kickoff, we’ll highlight a former (or current) Horned Frog whose jersey number represents the number of days left until the opener.

33 – Sewo Olonilua (Running Back – 2016-19)
Olonilua carried the Horned Frogs to a win over California in the 2018 Cheez-It Bowl, rushing for 194 yards and setting a TCU bowl game record. A four-year member of the Horned Frogs, Olonilua rushed for 1,566 yards and 18 touchdowns while adding 56 catches for 352 yards and one touchdown through the air. Olonilua, who played in 51 games for the Horned Frogs, was invited to the 2020 NFL Combine and signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2020. The Kingwood, Texas native played in two NFL games.
