35 – Tanner Brock (Linebacker – 2009-11)
Hailing from Copperas Cove, Texas, Brock led all TCU freshmen with 32 tackles during the 2009 season. Brock ascended to All-Mountain West First Team and All-American status as a sophomore in 2010, when Brock compiled 106 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks while helping the Horned Frogs defeat Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl. Brock’s promising TCU career was cut short when he suffered a season-ending injury in 2011 and was arrested in 2012. Brock resumed his career at Sam Houston State, where he played in 14 games and compiled 111 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks for the Bearkats in 2013.
