
Former TCU linebacker Tank Carder was a two-time All-American during his five years in Fort Worth.

43 – Tank Carder (Linebacker – 2007-11)
A three-time All-Mountain West honoree and a two-time All-American during his five years with the Horned Frogs, Carder racked up 228 total tackles, 25 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks along with 23 pass breakups and four interceptions in a TCU uniform. Carder played in 50 games and made 39 career starts as a Horned Frog, helping the team knock off Wisconsin during the 2011 Rose Bowl.
The two-time MWC Defensive Player of the Year (2010 and 2011) was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Although Carder was released by the Bills before the start of the 2012 regular season. He was claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns. Carder’s professional career took off with the Browns, as the former TCU linebacker played in 78 games from 2012 to 2016 and posted 53 total tackles with one pass breakup.
