44 – Cooper McDonald (Linebacker – 2020-25)
McDonald transferred to TCU after two years at San Diego State and two years at Washington. The 6-foot-3, 240-pounder from Haslet, Texas tied for second on the team with three sacks during the 2024 season, helping TCU secure a 9-4 record. McDonald added 25 total tackles, four tackles for loss and one forced fumble as a pass rushing linebacker for the Horned Frog defense and coordinator Andy Avalos. After his lone season in Fort Worth, McDonald signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent.
