TCU Football opened the 2025 recruiting cycle way back in June 2023, with San Antonio Johnson QB Ty Hawkins committing to the Horned Frogs ahead of his Junior season, marking the first TCU commitment of the class. Hawkins participated in the Elite 11 Austin Regional in March, standing out as the top performer at the event. Hawkins has earned an invitation to to the Elite 11 Finals, the prestigious QB camp gathering the nation’s best rising-senior high school QBs. Hawkins is a four-star prospect, currently ranking as the No. 16 QB and top-200 overall player nationally per 247Sports Composite rankings

The 2024 Elite 11 Finals will be the 26th edition of the annual camp, taking place June 18-20 in Los Angeles, CA. he event has featured some of the most decorated QBs in college football history, including the last three Heisman Trophy winners. Hawkins becomes the fourth TCU QB to be selected for the Elite 11 Finals, following Justin Rogers (2017), Max Duggan (2018), Chandler Morris (2019), and Hauss Hejny (2023).
