The 6-foot-7 tackle heads to the desert to compete for a roster spot.
The 2024 NFL Draft concluded on Saturday afternoon with three TCU Horned Frogs including offensive lineman Brandon Coleman, tight end Jared Wiley and cornerback Josh Newton hearing their names called. The fun wasn’t over when the draft ended, however, as multiple TCU athletes signed with NFL teams as undrafted free agents. That includes offensive lineman Andrew Coker, who has reportedly signed with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Coker spent his entire five-year career with TCU, becoming the team’s starting right tackle as a redshirt freshman in 2020. The 6-foot-7, 315-pounder from Katy, Texas was a two-time All-Big 12 Honorable Mention with the Horned Frogs, appearing in 48 games with 46 starts in his career. Coker was selected to participate in the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl and was a member of the 2022 Big 12 Champions for Life.

Coker, who was a team captain for TCU in 2023, will head to the desert and compete for a roster spot with the Raiders, who used a second-rounder on Oregon interior offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson. The current depth chart at right tackle includes former seventh-rounder Thayer Munford Jr. and former undrafted free agent Dalton Wagner.
