The Horned Frogs pick up their third post-spring transfer portal addition.
TCU football added its third player in the post-spring portion of the offseason Tuesday evening, with former Texas defensive back Austin Jordan committing to the Horned Frogs. A former four-star recruit from Denton, Texas, Jordan appeared in 25 games over his first two seasons with the Longhorns, primarily serving a special teams role. The 6-foot, 198-pounder has totaled 11 tackles, one pass defensed and one interception in his career.

Jordan is the third commitment of the post-spring phase and the 23rd overall player added by the TCU football team through the transfer portal this offseason. The Horned Frogs have recently secured commitments from former Houston defensive tackle Hakeem Ajijolaiya and former Alabama offensive lineman James Brockermeyer. A three-time all-district player in high school, Jordan recorded seven tackles in 2022 and four tackles in 2023.
