Malick Diallo, the four-star big man from Wasatch Academy (UT), committed to TCU on Thursday, he told ZAGSBLOG.
Ranked the No. 23 center in 2024 by 247Sports.com, he also considered Cal, BYU, Loyola-Chicago and Vanderbilt.
“I felt like TCU recruited me the right way and I can see myself fitting with their style of play,” he said. “They have a winning culture and that’s what I want to be a part of.”
He added: “I’m a smart post player with great and footwork and I play hard on defense with a great motor on both ends of the floor.”
Asked what TCU fans are getting, he said: “To the TCU fans they got a dog coming 
“TCU is one of the best programs in college basketball, who doesn’t want to go there?”
He joins shooting guard Ashton Simmons and small forward Micah Robinson in coach Jamie Dixon’s 2024 class.
TCU also remains in the mix for power forward Mitchell Holmes of Link Academy (MO), who is expected to pick SMU on Friday.
