Hailey Van Lith Signs Big Deal After Transferring From LSU

Money talks and TCU’s Hailey Van Lith is listening.

A few days after announcing her decision to transfer to the Horned Frogs, the former Louisville and LSU star announced Monday that she’s inked an NIL deal with LaCroix sparkling water.

“Proud to team up with @lacroixwater for sparkling hydration on and off the court,” Van Lith said on Instagram.

Hailey decided to forgo this year’s WNBA Draft and return to school after the Tigers’ Elite Eight loss to Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes. Packing her bags for TCU should allow Van Lith to hit the reset button a bit after an up-and-down season with LSU.

Prior to her arrival in Baton Rouge, the 5-foot-7 senior averaged a career-high 19.7 points per game for the Cardinals on over 40% from the field. With the Tigers, however, her numbers took a dip in nearly every statistical category.

Some of that was expected with Van Lith joining such a talented LSU team that had just won a national championship. But the struggles were maybe a bit more than many imagined when she first announced the move.

Now she gets a fresh start in Fort Worth and she’ll be more motivated than ever to show her critics the she’s still the player that was a two-time first-team All-ACC selection over her first three seasons in college.
