Texas didn’t play on Saturday and as a result, the Longhorns dropped a couple spots in the FanPulse rankings.
After reappearing in the top 10 last week, the Texas Longhorns have dropped a couple spots in the latest FanPulse Top 25 following their bye week, falling from No. 10 to No. 12.
The two-spot slide comes after Notre Dame and Penn State dominated Virginia and Maryland, respectively, with the Irish jumping to the No. 10 spot after a 35-20 win over a ranked Cavaliers squad, while the Nittany Lions are now No. 11 after dismantling the Terrapins, 59-0.
Following their bye week, the 3-1 (1-0) Longhorns are set to get back onto the field on Saturday for a road trip against the 3-1 (1-0) West Virginia Mountaineers.
