With the College Football Playoff less than a month away, Texas learned Friday that wide receiver Isaiah Neyor plans on entering the transfer portal.
Hayes Fawcett of On3 broke the news just moments ago. He tweeted, “Texas WR Isaiah Neyor plans to enter the Transfer Portal, he tells @on3sports.”
Neyor hasn’t been that active this season for the Longhorns, recording just one reception for 14 yards.
Prior to joining Texas in 2022, Neyor was a standout for Wyoming. During the 2021 season, he had 44 catches for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Overall, Neyor has 53 receptions for 1,140 yards and 13 touchdowns in his college career.

Neyor, a former four-star recruit from Lamar High School, has two years of eligibility remaining.
Despite losing Neyor to the transfer portal, Texas should be just fine at the wide receiver position with Xavier Worthy, Adonai Mitchell and Jordan Whittington running the show.
