How would you grade the offseason overall for the Cowboys?
During our Thursday discussion here at Blogging The Boys we asked you all to grade the recent trade that the Dallas Cowboys made to acquire George Pickens. Most feel it is an A or B type of thing which is obviously pretty solid.
The move carries risk, but it is certainly something that could really pay off. It feels like even the people who are on the fence about it share the opinion that at least the Cowboys are doing something, especially relative to last year.
No one is hanging any Offseason Champions banners because that is silly and we have been burned in the past, but it does feel fair to say that things are indeed different from an action standpoint. This leads us to our Friday discussion where we are asking you to grade the entire offseason – free agency, re-signings, retirements, the draft, trades, etc. – as one collective window of time.
Maybe you do not feel that things are different. Perhaps you are part of the jury members who are still out. The whole point for these discussions is to see how we feel and talk about it with one another.
Here we go.
