Tampa Bay kicks off its title defense against a Dallas team that finally gets a healthy Dak Prescott back on the field. With Dak and a trimmed-up Ezekiel Elliott in the backfield, the Cowboys should be able to put up a big fight.
Just a few hours before the game kicks off, the Buccaneers announced a few roster moves. According to NFL insider Adam Caplan, Tampa Bay elevated two players from the practice squad.
Veteran wide receiver Jaydon Mickens and safety Andrew Adams are being called up for the season-opener.

Adams makes the jump to the active roster as veteran safety Jordan Whitehead deals with an injury. He recently made his return to the Buccaneers after spending part of the offseason with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Adams appeared in all 16 games for the Bucs last year where he played a major role on special teams.
Meanwhile, Mickens appeared in 10 games last year for the Buccaneers. He also played a significant role on special teams as the team’s returner. He averaged 6.2 yards on 16 punt returns and 24.3 yards on 14 kick returns.
The veteran wideout also caught seven passes for 58 yards in 2020.
Tampa Bay and Dallas kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.
