
Dak Prescott catches a lot of flack from the NFL media for his perceived limitations, but former Cowboys wide receiver Randall Cobb came to the QB’s defense on Wednesday.
Speaking to reporters at the Jets’ press conference, Cobb was asked if he fully appreciated playing with Aaron Rodgers before leaving briefly leaving the Packers. To which the veteran replied:
“I mean yeah, I would say so. But I was very fortunate to go to Dallas and play with someone who I think is elite in Dak and someone in Deshaun Watson in Houston who I think is a really good player. Obviously coming back to Green Bay and being with Aaron again, you pick up on the little things that make him so special.”

The 32-year-old Cobb now finds himself reunited with Rodgers once again as a member of the Jets after 10 seasons together in Green Bay.
And while Dak isn’t four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers, Cobb is far from the first former teammate to describe the QB as “elite.”
