Look: Stephen A. Smith’s Reaction To Cowboys’ Loss Is Going Viral

September 11, 2021 by The Spun Leave a Comment

There is no one on this planet who enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys lose more than ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith. With that being said, you can only imagine how happy he was to watch ‘America’s Team’ come up short against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night.

Instead of going on a long-winded rant about the Cowboys last night, Smith posted a video of him laughing hysterically on his bed.

Smith capped off that video by saying “See y’all on First Take tomorrow.” We can only imagine what he’ll say about the Cowboys’ loss to the Buccaneers.

Over the past few years, Smith has used a fake southern accent when talking about Dallas on First Take. He has also come on set wearing a cowboy hat.

Although the Cowboys lost to the Buccaneers on Thursday night, there was a lot to like about their performance. For starters, Dak Prescott looked sensational in his first game back since suffering a catastrophic ankle injury in 2020.

Dallas’ defense, which was abysmal last season, actually showed signs of being an opportunistic unit against the defending champions. The Cowboys forced multiple turnovers and were just a play or two away from getting the game-sealing stop against Tom Brady.

The Cowboys will try to get their first win of the 2021 season next Sunday when they take on the Chargers. If they lose that matchup, Stephen A. Smith will probably release another video on his Twitter account.
