Good news as Lawrence is cleared to return to practice for the Cowboys.

The Dallas Cowboys practiced for the last time today before their preseason Hall of Fame game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night. Given that the team will be flying out for the game tomorrow, it was expected this would be a very light practice and that’s exactly what is happening. They practiced in shells instead of full pads. Let’s check in and see what was going down out in Oxnard anyway.

First up, confirmation of what we already knew, Dak Prescott will not be playing on Thursday.

at no point during this camp has Tank looked like he was far away from being able to go.

DeMarcus Lawrence had a herniated disc in his back. Had surgery in the off-season. Said he feels like he’s in phase 3 of his 4 phase rehab process. “I got it cleaned up. Feeling great now.” pic.twitter.com/gAN3r57bIv

More injury updates.

Bradlee Anae looks like he’s back to practice today after missing some time with a hammy. Would be big for him if he’s healthy enough to get into the game Thursday.

Cowboys CB C.J. Goodwin not practicing today, an indication the special teams ace won’t play Thursday vs. Steelers. WR Cedrick Wilson and rookie S Israel Mukuamu are expected to be first-team gunners on punt team in Hall of Fame Game.

Dak has decided to do it all left-handed. No biggie.
