The Dallas Cowboys will be down one of their most explosive weapons on Sunday. Ahead of the team’s matchup against the Washington Football Team, Tony Pollard was ruled out with a foot injury.
Enter “Hard Knocks” star JaQuan Hardy.
Per Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, Hardy will see his first NFL action Sunday.

Hardy was one of the more memorable story lines from this year’s edition of HBO’s “Hard Knocks.” The 23-year-old running back was waived by Dallas at the end of August. But, he was kept on the Cowboys practice squad throughout the season.
Hardy should get some work as the third option behind Ezekiel Elliott and Corey Clement. The undrafted rookie out of Tiffin ran for 1,554 yards and 15 touchdowns on 204 carries for the Dragons in his senior season.
Hopefully the 5-foot-10, 225-pound back can secure a future in the NFL by making the most of his opportunity.
