Blaine Crim was claimed by the Rockies, and Dustin Harris cleared waivers and was outrighted
The Texas Rangers announced today that Blaine Crim, who was designated for assignment on July 31, has been claimed on waivers by the Colorado Rockies. In addition, the team announced that Dustin Harris, who was also designated for assignment on July 31, has cleared waivers and been assigned outright to AAA Round Rock.
Crim and Harris were DFA’d to clear 40 man roster spots for the newly acquired pitchers that the Rangers traded for at the deadline.
