Gov. Abbott makes border agreement with Tamaulipas, Mexico Governor

Governor Greg Abbott has made another border agreement with a Mexican state. This time, it’s with Tamaulipas. Both Governor Abbott and Tamaulipas Governor Francisco Cabeza De Vaca discussed the agreement Friday afternoon.
