Friday night minor league action

Hickory starter J’Briell Easley threw three shutout innings, striking out three.

Yeremi Cabrera had a double and a walk. Rafe Perich and Marcos Torres each had a hit.

David Davalillo started for Hub City and had his first bad outing of the season, as he allowed six runs on five hits and two HBPs in 1.2 IP — the first time this season he’s allowed more than one run in a game. Wilian Bormie allowed a run in 1.1 IP, striking out two and giving up a homer.

Keith Jones II had a hit and a walk. Yeison Morrobel had the only other Hub City hit. Dylan Dreiling walked twice.

For Frisco, Avery Weems struck out two and walked one in two shutout innings. Ryan Lobus struck out one in a scoreless inning. Gavin Collyer allowed a solo homer in an inning, striking out one.

Aaron Zavala had a pair of walks. Cam Cauley was 2 for 4. Sebastian Walcott was 2 for 3 with a walk.

Frisco won this game, incidentally, by scoring the Zombie Runner in the 10th inning against former Ranger pitcher CD Pelham.

For Round Rock, Luis Curvelo threw a scoreless inning, striking out one. Patrick Murphy struck out one in two shutout innings.

Justin Foscue was 2 for 5 with a homer. Dustin Harris was 2 for 4 with a walk, a double and a stolen base. Blaine Crim doubled. Cody Freeman was 1 for 3 with two walks and a stolen base.

ACL Rangers starter Garret Horn allowed one run in 2.1 IP, striking out four and walking one.

Paulino Santana was 3 for 4 with a double and a stolen base. Devin Fitz-Gerald had a hit, a walk and a stolen base. Yolfran Castillo had a hit.
