Minor league update for 6/5/25

The Rangers minor league action from Thursday

J’Briell Easley went two innings for Hickory, striking out three and walking one. Brock Porter threw two shutout innings, striking out two and walking one. Thomas Ireland struck out five in four innings while allowing two runs.

Rafe Perich was 3 for 4 with a double. Maxton Martin had a double. Yeremi Cabrera was 1 for 3 with two walks. Ben Hartl was 3 for 5 with a double. Marcos Torres was 5 for 5 with a double.

Kolton Curtis allowed four runs in five innings for Hub City, striking out four, walking one and giving up a pair of homers.

Yeison Morrobel was 3 for 4 with a walk, a double and a homer. Anthony Gutierrez was 2 for 4 with a homer and a stolen base. Keith Jones II walked and homered.

Frisco starter Josh Stephan allowed five runs in five innings, striking out five and allowing a pair of homers. Bryan Magdaleno walked one in a shutout inning.

Sebastian Walcott drew a pair of walks. Aaron Zavala was 3 for 5. Cam Cauley was 2 for 2 with a pair of walks.

Gerson Garabito started for Round Rock but recorded just one out while allowing four runs. Joe Barlow struck out two in 1.2 scoreless innings. Ryan Garcia retired one batters while allowing six runs. Marc Church struck out one and walked one while throwing 1.2 scoreless innings.

Dustin Harris had a hit. Cody Freeman had a hit and a stolen base. Justin Foscue walked. Michael Helman was 2 for 3 with a pair of doubles and a walk.

David Hagaman started for the ACL Rangers and struck out four in two scoreless innings.

Devin Fitz-Gerald was 2 for 4 with a double. Kleimier Lemos doubled. Yolfran Castillo had a hit and a walk.
