Hickory starter Enrique Segura went five shutout innings, striking out six and walking one. Kai Wynyard struck out four in three innings, allowing two runs, including a home run. Jesus Gamez struck out two in a scoreless inning.
Yeremi Cabrera was 2 for 4 with a stolen base and a homer. Marcos Torres doubled. Pablo Guerrero and Maxton Martin each had a hit. Devin Fitz-Gerald left the game due to injury in the top of the second.
Hub City completed their suspended game from Tuesday and then played their regularly scheduled game.
