Seth Nordlin started for Hickory, allowing five runs in five innings, with six Ks and one walk. Dustin Harris, who has slowed down of late, doubled and homered, and is now hitting .364 with a 1066 OPS. Ezekiel Duran, David Garcia and Jake Guenther all had two hits apiece.
For Frisco, Sam Huff went 3 for 3 with a double and a walk. Josh Smith had a hit, a walk and a stolen base. Bubba Thompson had a single and a triple. Blaine Crim had a hit and a walk.
Round Rock had Jake Latz take the mound, and Latz went five innings, allowing three unearned runs, three hits and three walks, striking out four. Jacob Lemoine and Justin Anderson each had a scoreless inning. Joe Gatto allowed a run in an inning of work, striking out one.
Ryan Dorow had a double, a homer and two walks. Curtis Terry had a double and a walk. Steele Walker had a hit.
Damian Mendoza allowed an unearned run in four innings, giving up two hits and two walks while striking out four. Emiliano Teodo struck out three in two shutout innings. Kai Wynyard allowed a run on a solo home run in one inning, with one walk and three Ks.
In the rehabbing category, Willie Calhoun walked and Anderson Tejeda doubled. Efrenyer Narvaez had a pair of hits. Josy Galan had a hit. Marcus Smith, Cam Cauley and Zion Bannister had a walk apiece.
