The choice for the Rangers’ team MVP for the first two months of the season was a runaway
In our Rangers Reacts Survey from last week, we asked who you would pick as the Texas Rangers’ team MVP for the first two months of the season.
The result was a runaway, with Nathan Eovaldi getting over half of the vote. Josh Smith and Tyler Mahle finished second and third, respectively. Jacob deGrom and Wyatt Langford finished tied for a distant fourth, while Josh Jung and Corey Seager combined for just 3% of the vote.

There were a pair of national questions — first, when do fans start to worry about a struggling player or team? Half of the respondents said that the beginning of June was the time to start fretting.

The other question had to do with the struggling Pittsburgh Pirates, and the possibility of trading their phenom starter Paul Skenes. A solid plurality said that the Pirates shouldn’t trade him, period.
