A promotion granting free tickets during a home winning streak was foiled Monday when the Rangers lost their fifth out of six games.
After only penciling in three different keadoff hitters in his first two seasons managing the Rangers, Wyatt Langford became the fifth different keadoff hitter so far this season.
The offense opened up and Jacob deGrom seems to have found his stride, as well.
A mechanical tweak resulted in deGrom’s first win since 2023.
