The senior wing player will compete in the Big East next season.
After entering the transfer portal earlier this offseason, former TCU guard/forward Micah Peavy shared on social media that he will be continuing his career at Georgetown and competing in the Big East next season. Peavy was an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention during the 2023-24 season, averaging 10.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. Peavy spent three seasons with the Horned Frogs, appearing in 98 games with 50 starts.
I would like to thank the TCU coaching staff, players, fans, boosters, and entire community for their support over the last three years; I will always cherish the memories and accomplishments we were able to achieve together! pic.twitter.com/ROlCkDGBw1

Peavy arrived in Fort Worth after starting his career at Texas Tech. The former four-star recruit from Cibolo, Texas was a key contributor for the Horned Frogs, helping TCU reach the NCAA Tournament over each of the last three seasons. Peavy was one of two Horned Frogs (JaKobe Coles) who entered the transfer portal after the 2023-24 season concluded. Coles recently visited SMU and could be making his decision soon. TCU will be looking to young wing players, including freshmen Isaiah Manning and Jace Posey, to step up.
